Refund policy

30-Day Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.
  • Be returned in its original packaging.
  • Not be damaged, broken, altered, or show signs of misuse.

Non-Returnable Items

For quality and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for bracelets that:

  • Are broken, cracked, bent, or otherwise damaged after delivery.
  • Have been intentionally or accidentally damaged by the customer.
  • Show signs of excessive wear, misuse, or modification.

If your returned item is found to be damaged or does not meet our return requirements, the return request may be denied.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged due to shipping or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review your claim and work to provide an appropriate resolution.

We reserve the right to modify, update, or change this Return & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will take effect immediately upon being posted on our website. By placing an order, you agree to the version of this policy that is in effect at the time of your purchase.
